What this site collects, how it is used, and where it lives — described honestly for the site as it works today.

What this site collects

The case-review form collects the information you type into it: your contact details and your descriptions of the accident, injuries, treatment, insurance, and evidence. You choose what to share, and “not sure” is always an acceptable answer.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to record basic usage information, including pages viewed, referral source, approximate device and browser details, and events such as a call-to-action click, voice-intake start, or case-review progress. This helps us understand which information is useful and where visitors need a clearer path to help.

Our analytics integrations do not receive your name, phone number, email address, free-text account of what happened, injury or treatment answers, voice recordings, or voice transcripts. PostHog session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Google advertising storage and ad personalization are also disabled.

When you submit a case review, use the voice intake, or call the 858 intake number, BizRnR processes the intake and keeps a contact request and lifecycle record so the intake team can follow up. Voice service providers, including ElevenLabs and Twilio, process the live conversation and call delivery; the resulting transcript, summary, contact details, and outcomes may be stored with the intake record.

How the information is used

Information you submit is used to prepare your case review, notify the intake team, and arrange follow-up. Usage and call-lifecycle events are used to understand how the site is working and to improve it. Your information is not sold.

Server storage and retention

A submitted case review is stored in a restricted intake database with its reference number, contact details, answers, attribution, and delivery status. Voice and phone records are linked by conversation or call identifiers. Intake records are scheduled for deletion after 24 months unless they must be retained longer for an active follow-up, legal obligation, security investigation, or a request you make.

Storage on your device

While you work through the case-review form, your draft answers are stored in sessionStorage on your own device so your progress is not lost between steps. That draft stays on your device and is cleared by your browser when the session ends; nothing is sent until you review your summary and choose to submit it.

Analytics and processors

Google Analytics and PostHog may use cookies or local identifiers to distinguish visits and prepare aggregate reports. You can limit these identifiers through your browser's privacy, cookie, and Do Not Track controls. BizRnR is the intake and call-automation processor for this site and records delivery outcomes needed for follow-up.
